123456, the preview of AKATZ’s new work, is here.
‘A Go Go 3’ will be released on 19 September as a six-track 10-inch vinyl EP and is the third volume in the á go go series, which pays tribute to the classic sounds of soul, jazz, ska and mambo.
To get things started, the Bilbao band brings us 123456, a cover of the classic by Jamaican duo Stranger & Ken. An early ska gem reinterpreted with mischief, lots of flavour and in direct dialogue with tradition.
