THE DALTONICS – Hoy También Se Sale – LP
Label: GUNS OF BRIXTON RECORDS
Code: GBR-090-LP
Format: LP album, viniyl
Release: 6 November 2026
The Daltonics are back in action with “Hoy también se sale”, a brand-new album on vinyl LP featuring 10 bangers packed with their unique take on rock and roll. In this record, the Bilbao-based quintet distills their wildest and most direct influences, riding the line between the British pub rock of Dr. Feelgood and The Pirates, the raw, primitive garage of The Sonics or The Fuzztones, and that unmistakable, gritty rhythm & blues punch in the purest style of Los DelTonos and The Bishops.
True to their “Irreverent Hot Rock” label, the band uses Spanish lyrics designed as a weapon of mass amusement. Steering clear of pretentious introspection, they embrace street-level storytelling and caustic humor to ironically portray midlife crises, neighborhood drama, and late-night benders, crafting a social commentary that is as deep as it is hilarious—where they are the first to laugh at themselves. This entire sonic and lyrical arsenal is built to explode in their live shows: true rogue gatherings and sweat-drenched collective catharses so intense that the band itself recommends the audience bring “a spare clean pair of undies.”
