Brixton Records’ sub-label, Silver Bullets, is back in action, offering unconventional, contemporary, urban sounds.

BABILBON is a fusion of Babylon and Bilbao. BABILBON is a collective made up of musicians with experience in other Bilbao-based bands: Josu (Akatz), Aresan (a hip-hop producer from Bilbao), Xixo (Cherry Boppers), DJ Ibai and Joseba (Priscilla Funk, Potato). Their aim is always to breathe new life into classic Jamaican rhythms, fusing them with hip-hop beats and other styles of black music, without any pretensions to purism, whilst also giving the microphone to artists from Bilbao and the surrounding area.
